Low Fat Blueberry Cobbler |

Adopted! An easy low fat dessert. Can use fresh or frozen blueberries. Ingredients:
2/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup skim milk |
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. 2. Add milk and whisk until smooth. 3. Pour batter into lightly greased 8x8 inch pan. 4. Sprinkle blueberries on top. 5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. 6. Serve and eat. |
