Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add milk and mix well.
  4. Lightly spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour batter into dish.
  5. Pour fruit ontop of batter.
  6. Bake 1 hour until golden brown and set.
  7. Delicious hot or cold.
