Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 (1/16 oz) packages splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Spray pan with pam ,.
  2. Mix all ingredients except sour cream and one pkg of Splenda.
  3. Cook over med heat turn once this may be hard to do,.
  4. When done serve with sour cream mixed with Splenda.
