Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp oleo
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. MIX BLUEBERRIES WITH 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR AND NUTMEG.
  2. GREASE 8 GLASS BAKING DISH.
  3. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 50-60 MINS.
  4. MELT OLEO AND COOL.
  5. MIX FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT.
  6. WISK MILK, SUGAR, EGGS INTO BATTER STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE.
  7. STIR IN BLUEBERRIES.
  8. BAKE 50-60 MIN.
  9. COOL 30 MIN BEFORE SERVING.
