4 tablespoons oleo |
2 cups flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup milk |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
3 cups frozen blueberries |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. MIX BLUEBERRIES WITH 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR AND NUTMEG. 2. GREASE 8 GLASS BAKING DISH. 3. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 50-60 MINS. 4. MELT OLEO AND COOL. 5. MIX FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT. 6. WISK MILK, SUGAR, EGGS INTO BATTER STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE. 7. STIR IN BLUEBERRIES. 8. BAKE 50-60 MIN. 9. COOL 30 MIN BEFORE SERVING. |
