Ingredients:

  1. Freeze peach slices and raspberries in a single layer for at least 2 hours or until solid. Store in freezer bags or air-tight containers.
  2. SIMPLE SYRUP: In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water and lemon rind to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Boil for 1 minute. Let cool completely and remove rind.
  3. In a food processor, process frozen fruit, pouring syrup in slowly, until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately, or store in freezer.
