Indian Flavored Yogurt  Chatpata Channa Raita

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas ( boil to salt to taste)
  • 1 tsp lighty roasted cumin seeds ground coarsely
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cup yogurt

Directions:

  1. In a salad bowl, whisk the yogurt well to remove any lumps.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients, taste and add salt if needed. Mix well.
  3. Chill for an hour and serve.
