Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (16 oz) 1% cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
