Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp currants

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on high.
  3. Stir and microwave another twenty seconds.
  4. Stir and enjoy!
  5. You may need to adjust the cooking times according to your microwave and'doneness' preferences.
