Ground Turkey and Cabbage Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 head cabbage , small
  • 2 carrots , large
  • 1 onion , medium
  • 4 red potatoes , medium

Directions:

  1. Mix turkey, salt, pepper, thyme and ginger together in bowl. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. Chop cabbage and add to turkey mix. Add 1/2 cup water and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile chop carrots, onion and red potatoes into uniform size. Add to cabbage mixture and simmer for another 20 minutes. Add more water if necessary.
