Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 tbsp dry parsley
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions:

  1. Brown lamb in butter and olive oil, add flour
  2. Chop up all veggies
  3. Bake together at 400 until tender, serve in bowls
