Grandma T's Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs , beatened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Drain and mash the sweet potato's.
  2. Melt the 2/3 of the butter.
  3. Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
  4. Then mix the bottom 5 ingredients ( topping mix) and sprinkle over top of the potato mix.
  5. Bake 350 until set and lightly bowned.
  6. About 1/2 hour.
