Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut slits across the chicken breasts. Sprinkle with turmeric.
  2. Put remaining ingredients into a food processor and blitz into a paste. Rub into the chicken and leave to marinade for 4 hours in fridge.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 220c, wrap chicken in foil in marinade and place on a baking tray. Cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until chicken is white through center.
