Ingredients:

  • 5 large tomatoes
  • 6 medium onions
  • 4 cups celery
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Chop everything up as you please
  2. Put stove top on high
  3. Add two cups of water to the mixture
  4. Add salt
  5. Cover
  6. Wait for the water to boil
  7. When the soup starts to boil, leave it on high for 10 minutes
  8. After the 10 minutes put it on low, and let it cook for 2 hours
