Day one: eat one serving of the soup eat only fruits (no bananas) drink fat free milk water Day two: eat one serving of soup eat vegetables eat one boiled/ baked potatoe water Day three: eat a serving of soup eat fruits (no bananas) water Day four: eat a serving of soup eat three bananas water Day five: eat a serving of soup serving of meat (your choice, do not at oil) eat 1 tomato water Day six: eat a serving of soup meat (no oil added) vegetables fruits water Day seven: last serving of soup make serving of rice juice (low calorie) vegetables water Ingredients:
1 head cabbage |
5 large tomatoes |
6 medium onions |
2 green peppers |
4 cups celery |
1 cup parsley |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. chop everything up as you please 2. put stove top on high 3. add two cups of water to the mixture 4. add salt 5. cover 6. wait for the water to boil 7. when the soup starts to boil, leave it on high for 10 minutes 8. after the 10 minutes put it on low, and let it cook for 2 hours |
