Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp of white pepper
  • 2 tbsp of seasame seeds

Directions:

  1. Peel and quarter your potatoes.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  3. Add potatoes, and boil till soft, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Combine potatoes with milk, garlic, salt and white pepper.
  5. Mix with an eletric mixer or mash with a potato masher to your desired consistency.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot or warm, enjoy!
