These garlic mashed potatoes are rich and irresistable! For a creamy texture use heavy cream in place of milk. These are also great topped with green onions Ingredients:
8 potatoes |
1/2 cup of milk |
1/4 cup of butter |
2 cloves of minced garlic |
salt to taste |
1 teaspoon of white pepper |
2 tablespoons of seasame seeds |
Directions:
1. Peel and quarter your potatoes. 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. 3. Add potatoes, and boil till soft, about 20-25 minutes. 4. Combine potatoes with milk, garlic, salt and white pepper. 5. Mix with an eletric mixer or mash with a potato masher to your desired consistency. 6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 7. Serve hot or warm, enjoy! |
