Garlic Beef With Noodles and Broccoli

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the noodles in a large bowl and cover with boiling water.
  2. Stand for 5 minutes
  3. Separate with a fork and drain well.
  4. Coat a pan with cooking spray.
  5. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and tender.
  6. Remove from the pan.
  7. Re-coat the pan with cooking spray, then add the garlic, broccoli and combined soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornflour, water, vinegar and sugar.
  8. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens.
  9. Stir in the beef and noodles.
  10. Heat through.
