Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften noodles by soaking in hot water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Add oil to hot pan or wok.
  3. Cook garlic.
  4. Add precooked chicken (you can simply boil it beforehand and shred or cut up into small pieces).
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and Noodles, stir until everything is mixed well.
  6. Move noodles to side of pan and crack eggs, mix to scramble, move noodles over egg until cooked.
  7. Add sugar (more or less to taste).
  8. When everything cooked and ready to serve, add bean sprouts, peppers and basil.
  9. Add crushed red pepper or pepper sauce to taste.
