Fruit and Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (17 oz) can fruit cocktail
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1 tablespoon of the liquid.
  2. In a large bowl, combine fruit cocktail, spinach and raisins.
  3. Toss gently to mix.
  4. For dressing, combine reserved liquid and mayonnaise.
  5. Cover and chill spinach mixture and dressing separately for a least one hour.
  6. Before serving, add dressing to the spinach mixture.
  7. Toss gently to coat.
