Fried Potatoes-my Way

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium sized potatoes cut to bite sized pieces
  • peanut/vegetable oil
  • nigella seeds- 1/4 tsp
  • dry chilies - 2turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Add nigella seeds.
  3. Once they splutter, add dry chilies.
  4. Then add potatoes and turmeric.Add salt.
  5. Fry till the potatoes are done.
