Super easy potato fry!!!!!!!!!! Ingredients:
5 medium sized potatoes cut to bite sized pieces |
peanut/vegetable oil |
nigella seeds- 1/4 tsp |
dry chilies - 2turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a wok. 2. Add nigella seeds. 3. Once they splutter, add dry chilies. 4. Then add potatoes and turmeric.Add salt. 5. Fry till the potatoes are done. |
