Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well and marinate fish one to four hours in the refrigerator. Drain marinade and broil or barbecue fish.
  2. Preparation time does not include marinate time.
