This works well with Cod and Red Snapper. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons water |
1 teaspoon chopped garlic |
1/4 cup white wine |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well and marinate fish one to four hours in the refrigerator. Drain marinade and broil or barbecue fish. 2. Preparation time does not include marinate time. |
