Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs pork , cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen vegetables
  • 1 (6 oz) package seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown pork in a skillet until it's no longer pink.
  3. Mix pork, soup, sour cream, vegetables, stuffing and 1/2 cup water in a 13'x9 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until everything is cooked.
