This is just like the recipe you find on the back of a Stove Top box, except we use pork rather than chicken and don't premix the stuffing. The others I found on this site that were close do not include the mixed vegetables. Typically though instead of purchasing bags of mixed veggies, we just mix our own from the frozen veggies we have on hand. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork, cut into bite sized pieces |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen vegetables |
1 (6 ounce) package seasoned stuffing mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Brown pork in a skillet until it's no longer pink. 3. Mix pork, soup, sour cream, vegetables, stuffing and 1/2 cup water in a 13'x9 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until everything is cooked. |
