Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 lb bulk sausage, cooked (we use jimmy dean hot sausage)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Grease bottom of 13 x9 x2 pan using either spray butter or Pam. Lay bread in bottom of pan.
  2. Cook sausage (can also add onion, green pepper or whatever other ingredients you would normally like in an omelet).
  3. Beat eggs and add milk.
  4. Layer sausage over bread, then cheese slices. Pour egg and milk mixture over all. Let sit over night, covered with foil. Bake the next morning at 350 degrees for one hour.
