Easy Bisquick Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp firm butter

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease round pan.
  3. Prepare streusel topping (1/3 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and butter) and set aside.
  4. Mix well Bisquick, milk, sugar and egg.
  5. Spread in pan and sprinkle with streusel topping.
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes.
