  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and simmer. Flavors will improve with additional slow cooking. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream. Delicious served hot or cold! If you delete sour cream and garnish with grated cheese and various pizza toppings- you have pizza soup! Kids love it!
