Delicious Corn Souffle

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 (1 lb) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  3. Bake in 400 degree oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
