Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with 1 c chopped pecans,
  2. Mix 1 c packed brown sugar and 1 small package of cook and serve Butterscotch pudding mix. Spray sides of the pan with Pam. Place Parker house rolls on top of above ingredients. Melt 2 sticks of margarine and pour over rolls. Cover dish with wax paper that has been sprayed with Pam.
  3. Place overnight in cold oven.
  4. In the Morning:.
  5. Remove wax paper and bake for 15 minutes in a 375 oven or until center is done. To serve; turn upside on cookie sheet that has been lined with foil.
