Dave-Bob Style Mac-N-Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb fresh pasta (elbow pasta from pasta machine 1/2 of a batch)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 5 slices american cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta till al dente. Drain and set aside. In a pan slowly heat 1 cup milk, cheese, pepper and butter. In a small mixing bowl whisk remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour. Stir flour mixture into cheese mixture. Stir constantly until mixture thickens.
  2. Pour over pasta, stir and serve!
  3. Note: Not sure if all pasta machines make the same amout per batch but Dave uses 1/2 batch for this. It equals to about 3/4 lb fresh pasta.
