Dave-Bob Style Mac-N-Cheese |

This is Dave's recipe for Mac-N-Cheese. Very yummy and easy to make. Ingredients:
3/4 lb fresh pasta (elbow pasta from pasta machine 1/2 of a batch) |
1 1/2 cups milk |
5 slices american cheese |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta till al dente. Drain and set aside. In a pan slowly heat 1 cup milk, cheese, pepper and butter. In a small mixing bowl whisk remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour. Stir flour mixture into cheese mixture. Stir constantly until mixture thickens. 2. Pour over pasta, stir and serve! 3. Note: Not sure if all pasta machines make the same amout per batch but Dave uses 1/2 batch for this. It equals to about 3/4 lb fresh pasta. |
