Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To cut the richness of the smoothie, do not add the graham cracker crumbs to the blender. Put the crumbs and nutmeg garnish together on a small plate, wet the rims of 2 tall glasses with milk, and just dip the rims in the crumb mixture instead.
