Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown stew beef in a skillet.
  2. In the same skillet sautee onions and green pepper until soft.
  3. Add to stock pot with Juice, tomato paste, tomatoes, peppers, chili powder and peanut butter.
  4. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Add noodles and 1 cup water.
  6. Turn up heat and cook 10 more minutes until noodles are tender.
  7. Serve with sour cream, crackers and cheese.
