Curried shrimp & artichoke salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice per directions on box; cool.
  2. Mix mayo with 1/2 jar marinade from artichokes.
  3. Combine above with all remaining ingredients& toss until well mixed.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving on a bed of butter lettuce.
