Cucumber And Hummus Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices multigrain bread (we prefer milton's)
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 6 thin slices cucumber

Directions:

  1. Slather the hummus on the bread slices.
  2. Layer the cucumbers on one of the bread slices.
  3. Top the cucumbers with the cheese slices.
  4. Close the sandwiches and enjoy!
