Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 -2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Steam a bunch of broccoli until very soft.
  2. Boil 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon in 1-2 cups of water (depending on how much broccoli you will be using) might need to add pinch or two more.
  3. Add broccoli and vegeta mix to blender and puree.
  4. Add a2 tablespoons of heavy cream.
  5. Add pepper to taste.
