Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain.
  2. Add cooked rice and beans and return to heat until bubbly.
  3. Stir in cheese and allow to melt.
  4. You can also combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes (bake time not included in prep/cook time). Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
