  1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 12 -cup muffin tin or cornbread molds.
  2. In a medium bowl,combine cornmeal,sugar baking powder,salt and cumin;stir in cheese.
  3. Add oil,buttermilk and eggs,stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour evenly into prepared pan.. Bake 12-14 mins.,or till lightly browned.
