Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake corn bread or I buy at local market and let cool
  2. Fry bacon,while bacon is frying start chopping ingred.
  3. Chop onions and pickles
  4. Cut corn of cob
  5. Drain and rinse black-eyed peas
  6. Let bacon cool,then crumble
  7. Crumble corn bread into a VERY LARGE bowl
  8. Add all ingredients mix well. Stir in Mayo and Pickle juice
  9. Cover and chill until ready to serve.....taste even better the next day
