Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour batter in a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
