This is a very easy recipe. It is very good served with soup. Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal |
1 cup flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Pour batter in a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. |
