Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a pot.
  2. Add water and vanilla.
  3. Mix icing sugar and instant milk.
  4. Add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well.
  5. Stir in coconut.
  6. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
  7. Let stand for ten minutes.
  8. Melt chocolate chips.
  9. Swirl 1 teaspoon on top of each one.
  10. Let harden.
