Coconut Curry Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  4. Cook about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir and fluff rice.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
