Chocolate Peppermint Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heavily grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine 1st seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Beat at low speed till just combined.
  5. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and cool entirely on wire rack.
  10. Place on a serving platter when cool.
  11. Stir together powdered sugar and enough milk to make a dribbling glaze consistency.
  12. Drizzle glaze over cake and sprinkle with peppermint candies.
