Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. If using dried chipotles soak in hot water until softened.
  2. Using a mortar and pestle or food processor mash or puree chilies with garlic clove.
  3. Blend into mayonnaise then stir mixture into shredded cabbage.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice then refrigerate until ready to serve.
