  1. Brown the ground beef in a large Pot over medium heat.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Crumble the cooked beef into small pieces Add all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hrs stirring every 15 minutes.
  4. Serving size 3/4 cup.
