Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes
  2. Whisk egg and milk
  3. Dip chicken breast in egg/milk mixture and then bread crumbs
  4. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  5. Brown chicken in olive oil on both sides (3-4 minutes per side)
  6. Set in baking dish
  7. Put two slices of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast
  8. Pour spaghetti sauce over top and sprinkle with parmesean cheese
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
