  1. Bring a pasta pot full of salted water to the boil, add noodles and cook 9 to 12 minutes, or until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the broth in another, heavy pot.
  3. Add the sugar snap peas and chicken, and heat through.
  4. Correct seasoning.
  5. Drain noodles and add to soup with the fresh herbs.
  6. Serve with a fork and spoon and big cloth napkin.
  7. This is a whole meal soup.
  8. Little parmesan toasts go nicely, or just crusty bread.and sweet creamery butter.
  9. Naturally, this is even nicer if you feel like making homemade egg noodles made rag noodle style or just ripped in pieces.
